Cards, A4 & A5 prints are sent via First Class Royal Mail delivery.
Heavier framed items are sent via Second Class Royal Mail delivery to reduce costs and should be delivered within 3 days.
EU Shipping
All items are send via International Standard and should be delivered within 5-7 days.
Rest of the World Shipping
Rest of the world items are sent via International Standard and should be delivered within 5-7 days. Please note that it is the customers responsibility, not must dash illustration, to pay any import tax/duties due in your country. Please check with you local authorities if tax/duty is due on your purchases from must dash illustration.
Shipping During Festive Periods
Please note that the above delivery times are all estimates and during busy festive periods shipments may take longer than the stated time frames. Also please note that to guarantee delivery before Christmas please order a week before Christmas Day for UK addresses and two weeks for the rest of the world.
